I want to personally thank you for taking the time to learn more about US Data Capture, Inc. USDC was formed almost 20 years ago to address key service issues that banks, offering payment processing, still have not resolved.
Too often merchants are still directed to “unhelpful” help centers, endless voice prompts and bank employees who are not capable of answering the most basic questions. Even more infuriating is the way banks create complexity to protect higher profit margins.
Our mission is to make what’s complicated simpler and to provide superior, dedicated and personalized service to credit card accepting merchants utilizing state-of-the-art payment processing solutions. This is accomplished through the efforts of our dedicated employees who are trained on the importance of quality service and the need to provide Faster, Easier and Better methods to process your electronic payments.
As they say, “You have options when you choose a company to process your payments”, and we work hard everyday to ensure that USDC is that choice. I’m proud to say that one result of this singular focus is that in 2009, USDC processed over $1.5 Billion in electronic payments. Another aspect of our strength is our commitment to understanding the needs of our clients in many different industries. At USDC we understand and appreciate the intricacies of accepting B2B payments as well as those in a retail sales environment, medical office, college campus, on-line, and by mobile phone. We are proud to call many clients in these industries, USDC merchants.
