** Rate reduction rewards points can only be requested one time in each three-year period of processing with USDC. Basis point reduction is applicable to following the year’s sales. During each 3-year period you may redeem 100, 250, or 500 points for its associated basis point reduction only. Once you select one category, you do not qualify for any other basis point reduction category. Points cannot be accumulated to secure additional basis point reduction.
Terms and conditions: Rewards are earned and awarded on your anniversary date with USDC. You must be a merchant in good standing and not in default of your merchant obligations or Agreement. You must be processing with USDC on your anniversary date in order to receive rewards. Reward payments are not made to any merchant with a closed, terminated, or merchant agreement that is in default with USDC or any of its acquiring partners.merchants enrolled in the USDC Rewards program do not qualify for inclusion in the USDC rate guarantee program. Cash rewards payments are made via ACH credit to your merchant account within 60 days of your anniversary date and receipt of your request to exchange accumulated points for cash or other rewards.
